When will I receive my order?
FREE shipping worldwide, from Israel, by registered mail takes up to 14 days within Europe and 21 days overseas. However, delays may occur and in some cases your package can take up to 31 days to arrive.
Items will be ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days after PayPal payment is complete. The order will be shipped to your PayPal address.
Please note that you may be charged certain customs fees according to your country's rules and regulations, which are not under our control.
In case your delivery was "Unclaimed" (wrong address \ no one was available to claim) and return back to us, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.
For heavy goods shipping - 11.02 lb – 44.09 lb - an additional cost of 20$ will be charged.
Can I use express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping overseas is an additional 35$, and takes 3 business days to arrive.
Is there a tracking number?
Every shipped order has a tracking number that will be provided to you.
Can I have the order gift wrapped?
Of course :) all shipped orders are being gift wrapped.
